Ensoul’s Hair Care products are FDA approved and co-created with dermatalogists to be used by anyone with hair related issues.

We use only those ingredients which have a proven history of effectiveness in clinical studies and positive customer feedbacks based on their results.
Are these products safe?
All our products are formulated by experts, clinically tested and free of any harmful chemicals. Safety of our customers is our first priority.
Who cannot use Ensoul’s products?
If you are allergic to any of the ingredients or experience any side-effects after use, please stop the usage of the product and consult a dermatologist.
Do you ship everywhere?
We ship to all pincodes of India serviceable by our delivery partners.
Do you charge for shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs 399.
When will my order get dispatched?
Your order gets dispatched within 2 working days after you make a purchase.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and sms with a tracking id. You can track your order on our delivery partner’s website.
When will my order get delivered?
The standard delivery time is 3-5 working days based on your pincode.
Due to current COVID situation, we are encouraging our consumers to use digital payment modes and hence Cash on Delivery service will not be available.
What payment methods are supported?
We accept payment through netbanking, UPI, debit / credit cards of all major banks and cash on delivery (COD).
Can I place an order using Cash on Delivery (COD)?
We support cash on delivery payment across all major pincodes in India. However, in rare cases, COD orders cannot be placed if our delivery partner does not support COD serviceability in your area.
I have a coupon code? How can I use this?
All coupon codes need to be used on the cart page or during checkout. You will not be able to use any coupon code once the payment is done and the order has been placed.
Please review the terms and conditions of your coupon code since some coupon codes are applicable to select users / product category / products.
What to do if payment got deducted from my account but the order did not get placed?
If your order was not placed, the payment gets refunded automatically within 24 hours. If you have not received the refund, please write to us at support@ensoulindia.in with your order details and we will get it resolved.
Are my transactions secure?
We use only trusted payment gateways for all payment providers. They have all the relevant security licenses in place to ensure your transactions are always secure. All your payment details are encrypted and sent over a 256 bit secured SSL connection. Ensoul India does not store or view any of your payment information and credentials.
